
Okay. So I watched this infomercial on TV about an exercise routine called the "P90-X." It looks VERY intense but supposedly, if you stick with it and tough it out for 90 days, you are promised GREAT results. It's hard not to believe some of this stuff on TV when you see all of the before/after pictures of people but at the same time you think to yourself... that could NEVER be me.
But once you think about it a while longer, you have to think logically. If you really ate right for 90 days and intensely exercised for 90 days... you'd HAVE to look better. Even if you don't have that dream body you want, you'd have to at least look BETTER. Right?
Anyway, I'm going to do this 90 day workout routine and post on this blog every single day what routine I did and what I ate (or plan to eat) for that day. Every day. 90 days. I will end my 90 day routine (if I actually complete it) with a before and after photo of myself.
So, I'll be starting tomorrow's blog with "P90-X Day 1"
