P90-X A Day of Shame

EXERCISE
I call this a "Day of Shame" because this means that didn't do ANY exercise today. This exercise routine is VERY difficult and since I am a newbie at it, my body has taken quite the impact. My entire body is already very sore.

So, I'm taking the day off for healing. Say what you must, but if you were doing this, you'd understand.

FOOD
Again today, I didnt' do so well. Bad habits are tough to break. Mentally I want to do good, but my mouth and stomach beg me to do otherwise.

I woke up and drank a small goblet (cup) of 1% milk. Then at church I had 1 doughnut. After church, on the way home, I stopped at Burger King and ate 1 Chicken Crisp sandwich, 1 Rodeo Cheeseburger, 1 Large Fry and a water (I feel bad... sounds like a lot but they are the small $1 burgers... but yet... it's still a lot I guess). Then at small group I had a small portion of Doritos (not very much because I didn't like this particular flavor), 3 mini powder doughnuts, 3 mini doughnut wholes and 1 glass of sprite. Later I cut up a watermelon and had a few small pieces of watermelon with some water.

That's it. There's my day. Hopefully I'll do better tomorrow. I'll be picking up with "Day 3" tomorrow.
