EXERCISEToday was focused on arms and shoulders. This exercise wasn't quite as hard but seeing as to it is my first week (first 7 days), I am setting a goal to just get through half of each 1-hour routine. I exercise for 30 minutes. My arms felt it though. I've been using the resistant bands.
FOOD
As far as what I ate... I ate 1 tv dinner of baked mac-n'-cheese, 1 serving of mashed potatoes and 1 water. For dinner I had grilled chicken (with bbq sauce), corn of the cob, 2 dinner rolls, hash brown casseroll, baked beans and debbled eggs with 1 glass of ice tea. Later in the night I had 1 serving of potato chips (plain - ruffle) and couple of skittles with 1 water.
Don't really have anything to say for myself.
