I am focusing on high protein and high fiber foods (with minimal to no fats) such as certain beans and peas. I will consume small amounts of meat (chicken breasts, tuna, etc..) that will be lean or canned in water. I will be implementing oatmeal and nuts (almonds for example) as extras. I weigh 172 now. My goal is to get to 150 to 155 or so. My mission is to trim the fat from my body to see what muscle is hidden under there. Then build from there in necessary areas (shape/sculpt my body).
